Really odd anyone would pick GRCU, poster child of the OTC, to do a PnD. Why pick the worst of the worst scammer stock that the SEC had to take down. There are tons of cheap shells to PnD and to pick one that no one would trust for 20 years, make little sense. Bernie Madoff would be proud of GRCU.

Please do not lose more than you can afford to in these OTC cesspool schemes.
