F and F are the engines of housing market liquidity (availability of NEW cash over and over at Banks) for the vast majority of USA mortgages

Those poor people you have no use for ---- they do not buy houses

Those low wage earners trying to buy --- they do get some help from HUD and VA and FHA --- but not much from F and F

The main population of USA homeowners who are not veterans borrowed from a bank that used F and F -- so in that vain all POTUS want to help - - the problem for us is that right now F and F are working ok for the guts of the market (and any fix for us - is not the policy fix for segments some might want to reach)
