That is why stock dropped at EOD.
People want to know about the financing!
How are they going to get that $6 million by Tuesday and then $450 million in 2 months?
Who is going to finance these African projects?

Did anyone read the fins? They have maxed out AS due to all those preferred shares.
How do they finance everything without raising the authorized shares?
