For now- my main focus was on the Patents and the right to use. Those contracts are substantial but what I found afterwords hidden in an 8k - was the actual patent purchase agreement. After finding the Agreement to purchase the patent also for $400k - it enables more valuation and potential here at $BDPT imo.

I started reviewing the financials and filings/disclosures and will present related info on them as well as on a few upcoming fundamentals (products) and spin-off - that will allow for more open discussion on the potential merits here and what we may have In store here - under the hood at $BDPT .
