bilvo After watching this my verdict is that the jury is still out. It would hardly have cost much to do what is presented here. In a country where corruption and fraud abound it may not have been impossible to pay off to take part if this is a scammy presentation. One the other hand, this could be an indication that things have at long last started to happen when it comes to building the food factory.
