Boy it really sounds like MSL brought BS into this 1.9 billion dollar deal to do all this work we really always thought MSL was going to some how do with their 6 employees. 2 tiers of work emergency phase now long term mitigation. What if new bid contract had to still have a prime contractor over it managing bs just like it has to have synergy over it to get paid. If you’re missing any element you don’t get paid.the government has already awarded MSL that prime contract. If you follow msl still accounts for all the money on their books? (Invoice isn’t MSL to pay it???) it’s a stretch but I could see someone bringing BS into this deal getting 10%. Don’t know but seems quick to just cut them out of it and still be proceeding with mitigation work. If no money from fema coming in why would BS still be going forward. This is a legit company that does this kind of work and contracts all the time. Just wanted to put it out in the universe, just thinking out loud. -MAD
