This explains what happened all to well. LCY Biosciences and Nutrition has absolutely nothing to do with BioAmber and it never has.
However LCY Biosciences (Visolis and LCY) did purchase all of the assets for $4.34 mil. All of the assets sold as described in the final 8k. Ever wonder why not one word has been uttered by BioAmber since the cusip has been suspended and the ticker yanked back in 2019?
This latest farce about the lawsuit with LCY Biosciences and Nutrition is yet again another nothing burger for FKA BioAmber Shareholders.
