The is something to chew and digest below.
The Company does not own or lease any property. We currently use the offices of Delfin at no cost to us.
We had approximately 445 holders of record of Common Stock as of March 20, 2023. This does not reflect persons or entities that hold Common Stock in nominee or “street” name through various brokerage firms.
We have not paid any cash dividends on our Common Stock since our inception and do not intend to pay dividends in the foreseeable future. Our Board will determine if we pay any future dividends.. I have yet to see that clause on any DE- SPAC. "Our board will determine if we pay any future dividends"
When this merger hits the wires, with time the market cap will catapult anywhere from 5-10 billion. This is not the name of an individual that is associated with a company and we can speculate, this is Delfin Midstream, so I ask why Delfin and not Fredrick Jones the founder of Delfin, why does Delfin still fund TGLO, if they were not interested, they could have sold the shell or still continue to sell the shell to another private entity, or why are they still keeping it current and let it rot and suspended from failing to file on time, furthermore an SEC reporting, not "Alternative Reporting", so they have every reason to be lip tight.. I also might add, most important thing for me, Delfin knows the ticker has been under limelight for the past years and years, why haven't they come out and deny if they had no intention. In the end, if it makes sense buy on the bid and nibble on the ask, it made sense to me, I am all about common sense, some people see it and some people don't. When that merger news hits the wires, this will open above $4.00 and with time 10...15....and even 2O. 16.5 million shares in the float currently, very, very tiny for where the price is, some here have also indicated that the market cap for the shell currently is high, even with longest bulls on the board and I agree with them, but if Fid comes who knows what it will do, but when merger comes, assuming this is where the price is, you will have to pay North of $2.00 to get in with 20,000 shares, if you are lucky, provided that retail and market makers decided to goof around, but that is an if, that equates to 40,000, so this equation take if for what it is worth and draw in your own number and conclude where you want to be, when this all comes to fruition, it will the best legit investment you have ever made that has the potential with the right sizable position and create generational wealth.
