There are so many cross-currents going on with all the FB posts many of which probably have nothing to do with Mirage but rather all kinds of causes that these folks have involved themselves with, even Michael doesnt know or care about it and we probably shouldnt either. I've tried to read into just about everything I get my hands on and nothing stands out besides the obvious of what we know which is the following:

- Sergio is a key player and already a leader within Pemex (union). Whether he is capable to step up higher I do not know.
- Octavio wants out to become a governor and so a replacement would be needed as well as probably other high level positions within Pemex and SENER (with Nahle also moving on) and this I would think would happen in short order, and not the usual Mexican timeframes of weeks or months. Also noting that Manuel Bartlett head of CFE also looks to be moving on per the article.
- Hermed or Hermes whichever one you believe it should be represents a group that none of us can get our hands on reminds me of researching OMD which was a dead end (and still is), at least Bluebell had an actual presence that could be tracked down. I think they must have ties to the funding somehow since none of the gang of seven has any of their own resources. They are bound to execute all three projects with Mirage
- A leader in the Navy is involved in the facilitation of the projects as shown in the last of the pics in the issuewire release (oh by the way we will not be using that service the next time I've been assured of that, that was a debacle the release doesnt even show up under OTC Markets free releases let alone the brokerages). Recall that the Navy is in charge of the Isthmus CCITT projects, that's been known for a while now.
- Adolfo is literally all over the place, he's a crazyman I dont know how he has time to be involved with so many organizations and people and yet still be effective, but he's well connected, to AMLO and/or his family I presume (though someone pointed out to me that he has some opposing views I dont know, too much time to research at that level), as well as many govt officials
- Michaels going down to Mexico for taco Tuesday as usual

What we dont know is where we stand with regards to the Mexican government persay, that's the big question. It may already be in stone behind the scenes but it might not be, nobody knows.

Unless you leave and breathe down there with boots on the ground it's not going to be trivial to put all the pieces together and untangle all of the relationships especially if they have gone to pains to prevent that, and we don't necessarily need to. We just need a deal, hopefully we get one.
