If such good news is coming, why do the r/s? Why not just
let it run on it's own merit, it's done it before going well over a penny several times

Let's say they have same good news pre and post split. Does it run higher with 2.2 billion OS? or does it run higher with 220 million OS? Look any news IGEN had and we couldn't get past .025 in the last 4 years! Chan knows this. So what does he do...a reasonable 10:1 RS. Why because the news I'm banking on with a much lower OS will take the pps on a level the company needs. IGEN needs to hit a $1.00 now compared to .10 before to make the same. Maybe I'm crazy but I think we have a better chance now than before.
