I figured you might like that one :) My opinion hasn’t changed….but Oliver provided the one remote possibility this could work out in the short term to add value. Even though it states in the “Offer to Aquire” that GSAC would only get support from existing clients which none are under contract … If this did turn into a joint venture and GSAC was not tasked with acquiring or creating its own command and control system similar to centraco then maybe that would change the dynamics. Jmho.
With that being said the company did seem to just float out there on the 10th that a deal would close on the 31st creating anticipation and the pump did what it does and the company took advantage knowing that they did not have a deal ready to close. Shady af in my opinion but that’s how this shiz rolls. I get it. Bag holders are the most aggressive buyers as they average down on the fade. Also willing to slap on the next burst of volume. It is what it is. I just hate to see the “anticipation” knowing 9/10 timeframes are never kept. It’s sad really. To watch so many rush in and get smoked cause they think the company will do what it stated.
Last thing, sorry for the long reply. I have had health issues the last few months. It hung a black cloud over me tbh. But today I got great news and the biopsy results were negative. Instantly created more optimism in me. So… time to buckle down and handle business so I can fund a account with more than$500.lmao.
I know you will miss me as I take a break but I will be back soon enough :)
