What part of termination of the contract do you not understand?

Synergy Billing-- Director Adam commented bill for $511k; what did they do?; ask Finance Committee review and report; have not seen reports, 01280.0001/891583.1 applications to FEMA, or any of the “so-called things that they do;” does not know what they did for their work; Director Conrad: MSL is supposed to pay, so we should pass these on to MSL, no other payments requested? [District Counsel] *NEXT AGENDA ITEM Status of MSL Contract (Board)-- It was motioned and approved to proceed with termination notice, and notice of breach by Director Adam and Conrad: motion carried 4-0-0-3

Every promotion by WSRC has proven to be a mirage (what a shocker) or downright fraudulent (e.g. Sage Hen gold project). The only remaining question is whether or not they get sued out of existence by the SMVWD. And it will be interesting to see how WSRC spins this in their next PR.....they'll blame the MSL guys for it, will throw them under the bus.
