I wanted to call him today before I responded back to you. Just got off the phone. He is frustrated with OTC. They are still processing. They are filing for April next week. OTC is slow to responding. OTC haven’t removed the shell risk despite the atty letter (said the atty made an error and had to revise it based on “par value” that was wrong). He’s trying to get everything current so that they can be full reporting (right now it’s limited).

He said that GEGP has paid the filing fee twice and technically OTC owes back money.

Devon has changed names and that is also still process. Discussed the $500k in revenue. He sounded very frustrated with OTC.
