I'm not sure of what to expect when NB is on the Russell 3000. Institutions must add the stock because of what criteria?

A) just paying some big fee and joining the club?

B) they got on the Nasdaq?

C) they are ESG favored?

D) they merit the respect of investing fund managers based on....
1) present conditions - shovel ready?
2) future conditions - they are shovel ready and financing is a sure thing?
3) they recognize the potential of the project because they are shovel ready and financing is a sure thing?

E) all of the above and a whole lot more behind the curtain?
