They never actually bought it. They never said they bought it…and they didn’t say a word about the supposed Saudi deal.

What they may have exposed themselves to is a civil lawsuit for damages for not disavowing the “Saudi deal” sooner…and that might be a long shot…

But nothing I saw was strictly illegal…

…bad form, sketchy, near the line? Sure.
