I am as much a critic of Michery as anyone, but I have not seen anything that would suggest criminal activity strictly speaking.

Also nothing the outright violates securities law. Certainly some things that may be close to the line.

Michery filings have provided adequate disclosure and the risks involved.

People just tend to ignore things they don’t want to hear or see.
