The reason I asked the question is because I have been out of town most of 2007 and even forgot I owned PNMS, so I never applied for the dividend, and have not received one word about it from my broker. There must be others that for one reason or another didn't apply. Since I suppose I and those others are left out of the sharecount - I wonder if that is a weakness in the whole program which gives shorts wiggleroom to get out of accountability. I sure hope this is not the case. I came home to a very nice surprise in the PNMS PPS!!!
