I think I have some very good news for you today. But let me start by saying that anything I say could be subject to change and should not be relied upon. As I don't want anyone to sue me later on.

So, the question was, how much in dividends can the people expect who subscribed for the Cow Capital shares (at $0.15) ?

First some basic information.

All the 4 verticals (Aviation, Whiskey, Rice, Gold) have 100M shares outstanding. 16.2% or 16.2M shares of each vertical will be distributed to ITUP shareholders. And because there are 16.2M ITUP shares outstanding, you will get 1 share of each vertical for every ITUP share you own. $4.05M is targeted to be paid as cash dividends quarterly, divided by 16.2M shares gives $0.25 per ITUP share quarterly (total, for the 4 verticals).

Now we get to the Cow Capital Acquisition Company (CCAC) shares.

CCAC has 10,000,000 shares outstanding currently.
10.0% (or 10M) of the vertical shares will be distributed to IREEM LLC shareholders.
Now, if you subscribed for the CCAC shares, you are actually getting IREEM units which will later convert into CCAC shares. It's in the agreement. So, you qualify for the dividends as an IREEM shareholder.

At present, there aren't any SPAC's. Only CCAC. Which means, you will get 1 share in each vertical for every CCAC share that you are entitled to.

Let's do an example.
Let's assume you invested $1,000 in CCAC.
Then you will get 1000/0.15 = 6,666 CCAC shares.
And you will also get 6,666 shares in every vertical...

$4.05M is paid to ITUP shareholders every quarter.
So 10/16.2 x 4.05 = $2.5M will be paid to CCAC shareholders every quarter.
On 10M shares.
So it is the same here as for ITUP, you will receive $0.25 in cash dividends for every CCAC share.

The next question undoubtedly is, when will these dividend shares be distributed?
I don't know. But we have to hurry if we want to convince the IRS that the shares are valued at $0.0001 currently. Because that is what we are paying for the shares in the verticals. (I already told you it is NOT a stock dividend). So, I would be very surprised if we don't get them this year. And probably the first cash dividend as well, hopefully, some time in Q4.

Also, the payout ratio of the 4 verticals is close to 10% of earnings. That's because 90% is reinvested in growth. But that 10% will likely go up in Y2, Y3 etc. And we will also expand from 4 verticals to 9 verticals next year. So this is looking very promising indeed. If... we can meet (or exceed) the sales targets. And there are a lot of people working hard on that already.

I think we have everything covered now. Very pleased that I could bring you the good news today as I know that some shareholders may have some liquidity issues.

I hope all is clear.
Best regards and have a great weekend,
