Investors chasing a bear market rally higher

We are still in a bear market rally, and going on 9 months now ! It can be easy to assume of course, that if this rally is going on 9 months that it must be the beginning of a bull market. To me, this is a waaaaaaaay over extended bear market rally being led by AI hype. This is identical to the internet hype of 1999/2000, in which everyone knows how that ended.
