What exactly do you mean when you say that Chang "signed OFF" on the acquisition?
The answer to that is critical for me in light of the fact that all the big lie PRs that he put out for about 2 years until the deal was fully finalized, that I have been talking about for so long, well, I can also now see the possibility at least, that even though his PRs turned out to be all untrue, maybe he was put up to it and not his fault if the Emu decided to just throw it all under the bus as you seem to suggest.
