Duke, you hit the nail on the head! Mr Wonderful realized quickly when he saw blood in the water and pounced. He saw marks past job result history( see below) and played us like a fool. Unfortunately, we the shareholders were the causalities :( What CEO takes a deal where you only receive $15 million when it could be closer to around $300 million? A CEO that’s bad at his job that’s who. Do note shoot the messenger just look below. The proof is in the pudding. Silver lining, not even mark and his team can F this golden NioCorp opportunity up for us! We are on the verge of something big. I told you all for half a decade we needed a “REAL”closer to get the job done. If Dean is the man, so be it. Even at the cost of us long term investors losing 50%+ of our current companies value. We will bounce back from the hole mark put us in and will someday laugh while the money piles in :)

Company #1 KMSMITH, LLC: Marks consultant business....What does he consult?

Company #2 IBC Advanced Alloys Corporation 3 years ago it trading at $0.25 now its trading in the $.03-$.05 range. Company has lost 80%+ of its value today. But the good news is they could do a reverse split and a SPAC deal so they should be A OK…what could possibly go wrong. I mean look at what happened for us at NioCorp? We are on the Nasdaq let’s start partying :(

3-5 years ago Largo was trading at $18.710 it has dropped as low as $3.60 a share.... Again, company has lost 80%+ of his companies value.

After dumb as* decision to do a SPAC reverse split deal we are currently trading at .49 a share so currently only a -70% loss as we sit lol

Company # 5 MOLYCORP, INC. Was the CEO when it went bankrupt…so -100% valuation.
I know none of these were marks fault because nothing is Marks fault for some of you.
