Walter, I know Mark very well and thought the world of him. I had many people invested here over the years and they all took risks. If you told me a year ago we would be sitting here in this position, I would have called you crazy. I am not angry that Mark had trouble finding financing. It was the references that there were multiple parties looking to do a debt package if the main lender did not sign on. That appears to be a falsehood. Then getting raked over the coals by a SPAC that had no leverage was the icing on the cake. Do you think Dean Kehler and others should have a bigger stake than yourself after all the work and effort you put into Niocorp. Without your help and funding,Niocorp would probably be dead years ago.

Global Crossing was a giant scam that rocked the investment world two decades back. A lot of people from institutions to retail investors were taken to the cleaners while a few insiders made a fortune. Drexel Burnham will go down in infamy as a bad seed in the world of finance. Just read the players and you get a picture. To be honest this SPAC (GXII) probably had a hard time finding another company to get involved with because no one wants to do business with them. Niocorp had to be in dire straits to become a partner. You gave them 10's of millions of dollars for a listing on the NAS. So far it has been a ****show.

I understand that longs here have to be positive because their positions are being hurt big time and funding might be a ways off. I am just seeing how things have transpired and some of my friends are losing serious money in unrealized losses. After over 12 years of being involved with Niocorp, I never expected we would be under 50 cents pre-consolidation. Although I liquidated my position from 74 cents to the high of 1.05 after telling everyone I knew to get out, this was a not a good investment for the amount of energy I put into it. Of course no one forces anyone to buy something. I found this investment on the internet when Peter Dickey was the CEO. The stick languished until Shawn brought Mark to the table. Then Mark chopped off the Vancouver crowd and moved the company to the US while keeping the Canada listing. I am sure LPC was not too happy about this.
