They updated the SS numbers on OTC after moving to EM. if my memory serves me right, the previous update was on 6/1/23. So they were diluting during these 13 days while pumping out tweets. They more than doubled the SS, from 334M to 678M, adding 344M shares.

This was all pre-planned. They even spent some money to get the audited fins to make it look real. OTC is full of scammers but these guys are top notch
