This is a bit winded, so read at your discretion.
(1) Emil helped to finance Digifoncia, and folded it into Voip-pal (VPLM) when that was the best alternative for its patents, shareholders and company survival in early company history. (2) When VPLM ran into an SEC wall, Emil took charge and challenged Locksmith Financial Corp., TK Investment, Richard G. Kipping, and Terry Kwan to cancel and return to the treasury over 100M frozen Vplm shares. Vplm from my readings won this issue. Then the company requested a hearing with the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) regarding the “chill” removal on their stock. He straightened out that “chill”mess, to a point that the DTCC eventually granted his request. (3) Emil wrote to various companies wanting to discuss with them the usage of their patents in their companies. Apple in particular did not acknowledge Vplm. (4) When Vplm appeared @ USPTO/PTAB under Emil’s leadership, they beat Apple and Unified Patent hands down on their merits. (5) When VPLM was struck down in Koh-NDCal court, Emils leadership did not fold. He filed in the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC). He won and loss but did not fold. (6) Emil gave back to SHAREHOLDERS and Vplm’s treasury some 600+MILLION SHARES to help reduce Vplm’s O/S count. Plus, he has given back HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of dollars in COMPENSATION. (7) He and his legal/tech teams with foresight moved selected cases not yet filed in NDCal- federal court, and filed them in Waco, Texas where they were accepted. Importantly it’s amazing how Emil/Hudnell and the rest of the team have worked hard fighting 7-8 tech giants, and non-related patent cases with few mistakes while managing all of the cases in three courts (Tx., NDCal, Nv). Judge Donato presided over Vplm federal court cases thereafter in NDCal and he coordinated Vplm initial cases still in NDCal, with cases moved into Waco, Texas rather than take separate action. He “stayed” them in his court; Meaning he watched what transpired in Waco, before taking further Vplm case actions in his court. Then, he dismissed them at Vplm request. (8) Now, AMZN and VPLM are engaged in talks using a 45 day stay. This is an all around win for Vplm and shareholders. Plus, It is to AMZN advantage as well since now it appears they wish to expand into telecommunications in Europe, and India.
If, you can’t see Emil use of leadership to merge companies when it was necessary to protect co., & shareholders, and if you can’t get pass Emil’s fight that also suspended some or all of their voip pal services as they took on these tech giants, and if you can not understand Vplm share dilution so far (…from 1B-to-possibly 6B when all said & done), you should let your feet do the talking for you, or stick it out but with un-blinded trust in Emil. If I were to hold anything against VPLM, it would be their promise to immediately roll the core patents into their Voip-Pal platform that never happened when people were successfully using the Voip-pal platform, with high promise. It appeared shareholders were promised what every shareholder wanted, to move sales, and find new shareholders. However, their inability to executed better communications, that further platform development would not happen, caught shareholders off guard and did not go over well back in the day with them. This miss step left shareholders very upset to this day over what they saw as lies. Many carry little to no sentiment thereafter for Vplm. I can see why shareholders exhibit little to no belief. However, Vplm ate the criticism over the years and Emil it seems wanted to monetize the patents anyway under his leadership. Still, in the process, Emil and Vplm did not fold! They are still standing and shareholders that stuck with the company have made good money and others are seeing slow gain to recoup their losses. I am one of them. I reviewed Vplm from 2003-to-present and as I see things in our long hard penny stock journey, we are in the Best Place Ever. Thank you, Emil and Team.
