DOUT had a offering to raise funds cause they were struggling. If ICAS had immense value why scalp it? ICAS trademark was abandoned prior to DOUT making it live. It has no contracted business that comes with it. It has no assessed value. The only value that has been associated to this trademark is the value agreed upon in the memorandum cause remember… it has no contracted deals or business. Just speculation. It’s smoke and mirrors “the story”.
This is not a unicorn…. It’s a dual pump…It may move but will end where they all do. Good luck
