Okay, may be ya right, I for one have at least one interim goal: Getting back my position value to even, as I'm almost 50% down meanwhile. So some pps convalescence would be good for my soul and my lacking former trust. But ok., may be the current phase demands rather annoyed upset and therefore sell-ready than happy and confident shareholders who should sell until the lender has enough in order to let the offering phase start.
