There could be something going on we don’t know about, maybe they didn’t need to publish, maybe they have and we don’t see it.

1- Nope, it's pretty straight forward.

2- Nope, the court ordered service by publication. If they don't, the entire lawsuit will be dismissed.

3- Nope, if the publication is secret then it is not valid and the entire lawsuit will be dismissed.

I'm cautiously optimistic that publication will start soon for SRNW if only because they are running up against the deadline that was already extended once. I'm not sure the judge will extend it again when they've had ample opportunity to start publication. But GVSI has another month before its deadline, so it might not start until July.
