I don't know what SafeCase is supposed to do for e-bikers. I suppose KULR will urge congress to require that all e-bikes be sold with one. Bikes are already required to be sold with reflectors, but many remove them or don't install them.

Even if laws are passed that require storing or charging e-batteries in a case, many won't use them.

Gun locks or safes are required in many states, but many don't use 'em.

So far NY is the only state to take e-bike fires seriously. I've made calls to our state fire marshal and state legislators, but no one seems the least bit concerned about battery safety yet - not enough deaths imo. Only after the body count rises will anyone in my state's government feel compelled to take action.
