Bonno... the tech industry laid off 195000 employees... IBM just announced another 800 jobs will be given pink slips.... A.I. is seen to soon replace many jobs... we got driverless taxi cabs, robots making and serving hamburgers, etc... it is the business cycles and conditions which dictate if they downsize or close plants.... nothing new here.... Tyson, which serves 25% of all meat products in the U.S.A just announced they are closing some plants and downsizing... so whats new here with your post?....all companies downsize to fit their business models...
