If this is what's happening, this is definitely why the reason the price hasn't moved.

Bloated SS has never stopped OTC plays from running to the .00s or pennyland.

A dime is $820 million and you are still a microcap stock. Having access to financing is the main reason for going public. That other option doesn't help with that. Only temporary OPTICS
