Re Divvy - if shareholders don't apply for the dividend, don't they escape the share count MT is doing? PYPR gave until Jan. 31 to claim the dividend. What if a shareholder didn't claim it? Would that shareholder still be counted? Does the dividend automatically go to bonefide shareholders? And how is it determined who is a legitimate shareholder? I think the weakness in the dividend sharecount was in having shareholders "apply" for it. If you were a short, you just wouldn't apply for the dividend and therefore wouldn't be counted at all. Comments, please.
