1/20/23-Form 10 filed. Form 10 should be effective on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
2/2/23 - We provided our response to FINRA comments today
2/17/23 - We received the SEC comment letter.
3/3/23 - We are filing Form 1 Amendment No. 1 today.
3/24/23- received the SEC comment letter in which we need to amend the Form 10 with 2022 audit. FINRA comment letter correlates to SEC. We will apply for OTCQB. CE should be remove around a few weeks.
4/5/23-is filing Form 10 Amendment 2 with December 31, 2022, Audited Financials.
4/18/23- Received SEC comment letter last Friday. Only 4 comments, about deleting a few items. We turned it around in one business day.
4/19/23-got the no comment letter from the SEC. Their review is completed.
4/20/23-FINRA Response letter was submitted yesterday. Only three comments. 1. SEC no comment letter, 2. update dates. and 3. a missing document. All fix
5/12/23-received FINRA 211 Clearance Letter. The letter was sent to OTCmarkets for CE removal.
5/12/23-we have already received a response from otcmarkets on the removal of the CE from our Profile. They requested some updated information and we have already sent it.
5/16/23-OTCMarkets updated our profile for Piggyback Qualified SEC Reporting and 211 Cleared by FINRA. The last thing is the removal of CE. OTCMarkets emailed us on Monday, stating that they received 10Q. We will apply for OTCQB. Then another request will be Penny Stock Exemption.
5/24/23-We emailed otcmarkets for an update on the CE. They emailed back stating that we will have an update by the end of tomorrow.
5/25/23-CE Removed
