July 1 is an interesting day based on the CFO's employment agreement.

"Extremely complicated agreement with TMall and Alibaba, which requires a lot of joint ventures and different things, so for that reason, we expect over the next 60-90 days, we will be putting out a lot of news related to that and related to those potential joint ventures. In 60 days, Progressive Care will release the Q2 10Q, which is highly expected to show the company will become profitable. M/A news in healthcare are highly expected to be announced by NextPlat by the end of July when the current Alibaba agreement is set to be renewed.
