I am sure investors have lost money here but some who got out with 10% or 40% are the happy ones . If you held on your shares then good luck here with another reverse split in on the vote in September and will get approve like the last 15 times. What should not be allowed is companies like this to trade in Nasdaq This belongs in the pink sheets. Reverse splits should be limited but they are unlimited. I can’t imagine walking around a free man like David Michery and feel good about yourself destroying the small retail buyers. Remember 911 and why it happened.
