Scanbuy has been very careful where it introduces its technology. That coupled with the recent denial of Scanbuy's summary judgement request re: a couple of NEOM's patents, coupled with a change in address per PACER for Neomedia's counsel to a larger, licensing/settlement-type firm near B&P suggests a 'settlement' to me. It makes sense for both parties. I have no knowledge one way or the other though. JMO. YJ.
