The facts are Sharp withdrew the Form 10 18 months ago and hasn't refiled.

Then Sharp withdrew the Request for Review on the FINRA refusal to process the Corporate Action Request for a name and symbol change and for a reverse split.

The SEC won't process a Form 10 and there will never be a reverse merger with a real company.

And the $1 PPS is more pinkyland wishful thinking not backed by any facts.
