In order to move crude effectively most of these transport lines are operating at turbulent flow regime. The Aot internal drag created by the cathode and anode configuration is not readily know ether by the public or Qsep. Never the less, any flow reduction or reduce pumping power requirement through the Aot section of expanded multi chamber pipe manifold will be offset immediately as it recombines. Tao has claimed Aot acts as a turbulence suppressor and viscosity reducing diluent. If as you theorize it’s laminar “through” the Aot then there is no turbulence in a laminar flow to suppress and the idea that somehow the treated oil then acts as if it has surfactants added and suppressed turbulence for hours is not consistent with known physical laws. It’s better to just call it the magic pipe!
