There are a ton of burned MJ investors. It takes guts to climb back in. I "called the MJ bottom" 3 weeks ago. Since then the sector has been flat INSTEAD of dropping. I think this is a good time to average in. I have a basket of 10 stocks. CGC and TLRY are key to moving the sector northward.
