NASHVILLE, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/20/07 -- Nashville Records, Inc., a Tennessee Corporation and Neuroscience Therapy Corp. (PINKSHEETS: NPYC), announces the addition of two more key people to its secondary management. While the Company brings expert writers to the table it has expanded its creative staff by adding Anita Cox and Corey Barker, who not only bring expert writing, but also provide key creative components.

Anita Cox has had an amazing career, with over 250 songs cut by many Nashville artists. At a young age she was a regular performer with such legends as Porter Wagner, Dolly Parton, Barbara Fairchild, T.G. Shepard, and many other major artists. Anita also wrote the jingle for the state of West Virginia, and wrote the theme song for the WV NASCAR Rally. In 2002 she moved to Nashville to work for an Independent Record Label in the A & R department where she was responsible for finding and signing female artists to the label.

Corey Barker has an astounding 117 cuts by numerous artists including "Bake Me A Country Ham" by Cledus T. Judd. He has collaborated with co-writers with cuts from such acts as: George Strait, Aretha Franklin, Travis Tritt, John Michael Montgomery, Tanya Tucker, Michael Bolton & many others. He has written a song featured on the hit TV series "SMALLVILLE" which aired on the WB Network and is now syndicated on various channels. Corey has negotiated and secured many of the artists on the Company's upcoming releases.

Both parties have signed the agreement for Nashville Records to acquire all the shares of Neuroscience Therapy Corp. through a reverse merger. The company is also in the process of filing for the name change, new cusip#, and symbol change to better reflect the change in business direction.
