Yes, Snow, that is the idea. As you can see in the chart below in the 2 columns on the right, the industry specific SPAC will acquire the operating company or tokenized company.

I'm not sure yet how many shares ITUP will own of these companies but there is a reason why we want the largest shareholder to own < 20% as it will be possible to trade these security tokens as commodities in the future. The regulators are still working on this and ITUP is way ahead of the market with this.
