I am in the same boat as you, i bought a good chunk near one dollar. I would prefer a stand alone approach with expansion too but the subsequent event note from the last 10q was very telling for me. berman will get additional options if he could help blpg to:

(i) sells all or substantially all of its assets or
(ii) the Company mergers with another entity and the Company is not the surviving entity in the merger

This is a desperate move where the intention of the company is clear --> No future for BLPG. Shame!

And dont forget if the price is above 0.21 USD in such an event Dan, Doyle and Berman will excercise their options which is an equivalent to almost 2M more shares...
