I said there would be more so lets go ahead with this. Keep in mind that most of my comments today involve estimates, targets etc. so there is no guarantee that we will actually achieve it. But we do have a detailed financial planning.

We are moving forward with, and targeting, 3 SPACs
- Aviation
- Healthcare
- Financial services (Cow)

And when we have those, we will list ITUP on the main board. Laxmi has mentioned 12 months from now.

Wealth Management has started with 4 out of 9 verticals for the first year
- Whiskey
- Aviation
- Rice
- Gold

Targeted income is close to $2.5 billion and net profit close to $1 billion.

4 private companies, each with 100M shares outstanding. 16.2% or 16.2M shares will be distributed to ITUP shareholders. Which means you will get 1 share of each company for every ITUP share you own. These will not be stock dividends. These shares will be issued to ITUP shareholders for $0.0001 per piece, similar to the offering we did earlier for Cow Capital.

These companies will pay cash dividends and we are targeting $0.25 per ITUP share per quarter on these shares.

If you subscribed for Cow Capital shares (or Ireem) then you will get more shares. But it is not yet final how many.

Nothing is final until it's final.
