I have used TD Ameritrade successfully for years. Recently they sold out to Schwab. The first time I tried to sell several million shares of an OCT stock, I was only allowed to sell 999,999 at a time, with a fee each time. Totally unsustainable for OCT!

Can someone recommend good broker for OTC?
