I was in a national diabetes reversal program not based in the city I lived in , but sometimes I'd have to meet up with a doctor for a review of my case. He'd rent a temporary office for his appointments. I'm sure it was a rental by the hour. One time it was in a vacant medical office. The program was a well funded creation by a silicon valley billionaire, so I know the program was well credentialed. So I can see why a temporary office might fit McKay's needs, if he has a more formal office in a different state or not so accessible location...
