Thanks Man, What the kool aid drinking folks do not understand is how much I love this project. How I have been so loyal for almost a decade now. It is not a crime to care about your investment. Having over confidence and blind trust in a company is not healthy...Its called being in a cult. I was in the mark smith cult for 5 years then finally woke up! Example #1 Mark is a one-hit wonder who bankrupted the goose that laid the golden egg MP mining project. But, many of you over look his past history and tout how great he is....Give me 10 examples what Jim and Mark have done for Niocorp share price??? This is where posters will shout out insults and tell us how dumb we are. They will say you should just sell and move on...( you do not want to hear the truth) Do I like mark as a person? Yes, I find Mark personable and very likable. But I find a lot of people personable and very likable. As we sit in 2023 its a 100% fact that mark is clearly out of his league running Niocorp. The moral and right thing he should of done was sell the company way back in 2016 or sooner. But, Mark found a new goose that lays a golden egg with his WINK, WINK providing Niocorp 4$ million dollars so he can make $400,000 a year plus his $550,000+ a year salary only working on a part time. Nobody can work 40+ hours a week at 3-5 different companies. Especially mark smith, who can barley run 1 tiny company with more board members then employees lol. If you do not believe me look at Marks past history of running companies into the ground after doing his only move the dreaded Reverse split...YOU KNOW THE R/S SPLITS MARK claims he "HE HATES DOING" and will never do??? LOL.

Take a very hard look below at mark smiths present and past companies he has helped destroy...I know its tough to win an argument when someone provides facts but go ahead and try LOL. I am sure you the fellow cult members will somehow say I am wrong provided zero facts to back up the statement lol. Take a look at marks wall of shame and get back with me....Lets hope he does another kick ass Spac deal for IBC so mark can have a trifecta of ultimate failures that he has been a part of. Like I have said time and time again....Any other normal company would fire his @ss for these horrendous results!

Company #1 KMSMITH, LLC: Marks consultant business....What does he consult?? How to destroy your business?? Seriously how can anyone with a brain want this guys advice besides the homers on this board.

Company #2 IBC Advanced Alloys Corporation 3 years ago it trading at $0.25 now its trading in the $.03-$.05 range. Company has lost 80%+ of its value today.

3-5 years ago Largo was trading at $18.710 it has dropped as low as $3.60 a share.... Again, company has lost 80%+ of his companies value. Great job again mark smith.

Company # 4 MOLYCORP, INC. Was the CEO when it went bankrupt...Mark lost !00% of its companies value....Again great job mark

So in closing tell me again how lucky we are to have Mark Smith as the leader of our ship?? Mark smith is a serial killer of business that he runs or is a part of.
Silver lining though....Take a look at just one of his salaries he makes at Niocorp...Can anyone find data on what Mark made at his current and other companies he destroyed?? Please I would love to have this information.
