KRTL Holding Group, Inc. (OTC: KRTL) an innovator and pioneer in developing industry leading cross-over tradecraft and proprietary technology and methodology in multiple sectors, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary KRTL International Corp. ("KRTL"), has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement in which KRTL International Corp. can license a uniquely exclusive drink from Bolivia, Huella Singani. The territories include United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Dominican Republic, and Jamaica.

In the United States, KRTL plans to introduce and distribute Huella Singani through its network, with specific partners focusing on different regions. KRTL will oversee US Trade label approval, importation, marketing development, and promotional events throughout the US and Caribbean markets. Launching in California, Huella Singani is set to be sold at boutique bottle shops and served in craft spirit bars. Market expansion will soon follow as singani education and market awareness gains traction.
