$FCGD - Looks to me like cancelation of shares needs to be resolved prior to announcing the closing of the rm. AD line still rising despite pps consolidation. Somebody knows the rm is inevitable. They are working hard to transfer shares to themselves from the frightened.

This is a no brainer in my book. Tremendous buying opportunity in the low trips before $FCGD's stock price goes parabolic.
