I’m gonna get my mark published for HarvardMarijuana.com with the USPTO. Their website to check on the progress of my mark will be tracked on www.USPTO.GOV .



I’m an entrepreneur and once I get this mark approved for Merchandise and Goods ( Apparel ) and I will be assigned a serial number. I’m on to something. Someone stated that my website would be taken down.

I’m not selling any Marijuana plants and I am not selling any part of the plant PERIOD. What I like about my invention is that there is the possibility that the USPTO examiner will be shown my other 2 marks which were attempted. My mark ClonesbyCars (TM) was approved by the USPTO 2 years ago and I gave this website and MARK to ACCR. ACCR owns this mark. I assigned it and filed the mark to ACCR when I was in charge of this company.



I’m a deal maker…..and if the NEW MANAGER of ACCR wants to use this mark, well then I would help ACCR with ownership of my 50 other websites and subsequent marks for each and every one of these websites. I love NYUMarijuana.com and I love UCLAMarijuana.com . I am not a seller of anything illegal at the federal level. So….just to be clear, my websites have VALUE in their mark possibilities. I INVENTED these websites 4-5 years ago and I don’t plan on setting the market value today. I’ve got MY WEBSITES protected under my WHOIS name and address and contact number 616-312-5390.

My mark application is very specific to clothing and apparel.
I also believe that with proper newspaper or radio advertising that many eyeballs would be drawn to my sites.
IP tracing is very valuable.

Go ahead….I dare you to buy a TSHIRTS or a FRISBEE via my website. These websites will NEVER be taken down. I sent an email 2 weeks ago to the Trademarks division of Harvard University. I sure did. Now listen,,,,,I will be speaking to the USPTO EXAMINER and no one else will speak to them except me. Once I give them my simple website frisbee/T-shirt’s selling function they will see that I am marking a very narrow and SPECIFIC website that I only had the vision to grab as real estate. There is a special ring to www.HarvardMarijuana.com . There many local businesses that would love to weblink my website into their website and use it as an eCommerce solutions website for promoting their local business. Every year there are tens of thousands of applicants to every college.

If Harvard was so smart…then they would have marked all Marijuana related websites…but they didn’t. They don’t have the vision that I have. I see many freshman - senior attendees looking at my website every year. Just like iHUB knows our IP addresses every time we visit this #23 board ever created of all time. The ACCR board at iHUB is valuable.



I’m so excited to have been the first person in the world to mark these sites. There is a big progressive movement with the word MARIJUANA and the word MARIJUANA is not an illegal word in just the sense of the word. Now….if I was selling ILLEGAL commerce….well then that would be a different scenario and possibly the USPTO might then NOT approve marking my website. However, I am not selling any illegal commerce on my website. I DO NOT DRINK alcohol and I don’t do drugs. Sorry if I update my message every 30 seconds. My brain waves are flying at 190 MPH. Super fast….

I’m going to laugh hysterically once the USPTO approved my mark. I have real eCommerce merchandise to sell and move. I got this covered. I really think and believe that I will win with the USPTO EXAMINER and their attorneys.

Now….I am a large shareholder of this company. I am. ….and I did buy 50,000 ACCR last week. Oh yes I did.
