Eddie acquired this ticker from Owen Dukes and Robert Zysblat via OTC scam supermarket Big Apple Consulting. You have to go back to 9/18/2015 and before to see what was going on with this ticker. https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/144752/content

Eddie let this ticker rot at "STOP" until he began filing disclosures again starting on 3/22/2019. By then he expanded his 8 page disclosures to 20 but had stripped out anything and everything he did going back to when he took over.
