$MONI We're prepared to buy up to 250 million shares, with an expected average of approximately $.15 per share, and a top price paid of about $.25 prior to the merger. Dependent upon the fundamentals of the merged entity (if it's the one we hope it is) we'll go to as much as 400 million, with an expected cost average not to exceed $.30, to ensure approximately 5X after a likely RS and Nasdaq listing.
